Privacy & Safety

Castlesquares is hosted by Shopify and uses many of their security measures in collecting and securing your data.

Introduction: Castlesquares is in the business of creating yard games that are fun for all ages and are not in the business of selling your data. The data we collect is purely for transactions and to improve the onsite experience for each of our users.

Information Collected: We are hosted on Shopify and collect payment information purely for billing reasons. Your credit card and debit card info are processed using Shopify’s secure payment method system which is protected in their system behind a firewall. We also accept PayPal which also processes various transactions. For further info regarding payment processing we invite you to review the privacy statements of Shopify and Paypal.

Method of Collection: Heat maps of site interaction are collected using Hot jar, sites visited and ip addresses are collected using Google Analytics, and Facebook Pixel. All emails collected are entered manually and we only send emails if you expressly give us consent. We do not disclose your email or address to anyone outside of the company and is only used for communication, shipping, and site optimization purposes.

Storage of Information: Your information is stored on a secure facebook business account, a secure Google Analytics account, a Secure company account on Hotjar, and in Shopify’s database

Returns & Warranty

Every item we sell is carefully handcrafted and inspected before it is shipped. We want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Please direct inquiries to customerservice@castlesquares.com

Cancellation

- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of the original purchase for a full refund.

Arrival

- If any item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately so a replacement can be sent to you free of charge. Photo evidence may be required.

30-day Unopened Refund and Return Policy

- Unopened products can be returned for a full refund no later than 30 days after purchase

- Customers must bear the cost of shipping returned products.

- Full refunds are not available if the product has been opened, damaged, or used under any circumstance. 

90-day Warranty
- If any product piece may break within the first 90 days of purchase while exhibiting normal play, a replacement piece will be sent to the customer free of charge, excluding shipping costs. 

- Misuse of product and/or normal wear and tear of product is excluded from warranty.
